In 2014, what used to be a ‘pool-house’ was renovated with ecological materials and transformed into sustainable guest accommodation. It has become a charming little flat of about 40m2, ideal for two or three people. Thanks to the wood wool thermal insulation, the temperature stays cool over the summer and can be efficiently heated during winter by a pellet boiler.
In the bedroom, you will find a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), as well as a wardrobe. In the living room is a four person dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, a television and many books. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, and towels, sheets and a hair dryer come with the accommodation, along with complimentary WIFI.
You will be able to enjoy the sound of the cicadas from you private terrace, in the shadow of the pergola and if you need a cool down, you can quickly jump into the swimming pool right in front of you.
